Replacement Policy

- Customers can request a replacement within 1 day (24 hours) of product delivery.

- Replacement requests will only be accepted for:

- Damaged products

- Wrong products delivered

- Quality-related issues

Replacement Charges

- Store visit replacement within 1 day is FREE.

- For pickup or delivery-based replacement service, an additional charge of ₹50 per product may apply.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for replacement:

- Product must be unused or minimally used

- Original packaging should be available

- Proof of order or invoice is required

- Complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the food nature of our products, we do not accept returns or replacements for:

- Taste preferences

- Orders reported after 1 day

- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer

Refund Policy

- Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

- Refund amount will be credited through the original payment method.
